About
This department aims to enhance the linguistic and literary abilities of students, in addition to preparing them, mainly, to be teachers, translators and workers in different sectors of work. The student in the said department studies various linguistic and literary subjects which focus on language, sound, play, translation and conversation using modern means including the latest laboratories that help students to achieve accurate pronunciation. This diversity of study subjects contributes effectively to the preparation of students for the labor market in the public and private sectors. The duration of study in the department is four years, at the end of which graduates are awarded a bachelor's degree in English.
