Important Dates

• The application deadline will be open through the electronic form from 10-3-2024 till 10-4-2024.
• Initial evaluation of advanced projects by scientific committees and notification of participants accepting participation from 11-4-2024 until 17-4-2024.
• Submitting the presentation poster in its final form and an explanatory video explaining the project's work, if it includes an applied practical part, from 18-4-2024 until 22-4-2024.
• The date of the Forum will be April 25, 2024.
• The meeting venue will be held at Al Mansour Melia Hotel - Cortoba Hall
