Important timings

• The application date will be open through the electronic form for the period from 3-25-2023 to 4-25-2023
• Initial evaluation of the advanced projects by the scientific committees and notifying the participants of accepting their participation from26-4-2023 until 30-4-2023
• Delivery of the presentation poster in its final form, in addition to an explanatory video explaining the work of the project, in case it includes an applied practical part, from 1-5-2022 to8-5-2022
• The Forum will be held onMay 9 and 10, 2020
