About the forum
Under the slogan (Empowering youth, our goal towards achieving sustainable development goals), Al-Mansour University College, with the support of the (IEEE Young Professionals) Foundation, is holding the second scientific forum for distinguished graduation projects for the academic year (2022-2023), which aims to shed light on the most prominent achievements of fourth-stage students in Their graduation projects and give them the opportunity to prove their mental and intellectual capabilities and express their opinions in a scientific and practical way and enhance the student’s self-confidence to compete within the labor market and in a manner that supports the achievement of sustainable development goals.
Target group: Fourth-stage students in all Iraqi universities and the majors shown below:
- Civil Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Communications Engineering
- Computer technology Engineering
- Medical Instruments Technology Engineering
- Computer Science and Information Systems
- Accounting and Banking Sciences
- Physical Therapy
- Digital Media
- English
- Business Management
- Law
Submission terms
- The project should be for students of the fourth stage and in the specializations specified above exclusively
- The participation should be officially nominated by the university and the concerned department.
- The advanced projects should be distinguished by their ideas and the solutions they propose
- To fill out the electronic form in addition to uploading an electronic copy of the poster for presenting the project details according to the unified template
- Presentation of the project through an introductory poster in addition to a presentation, an explanatory video, a practical application, or research published from the project to the evaluation committee.
Awards and recognitions
- The first winning project within each specialization will be rewarded with a sum of 500,000 Iraqi dinars
- The second winning project within each specialization will be rewarded with a sum of 400,000 Iraqi dinars
- The third winning project within each specialization will be rewarded with a sum of 300,000 Iraqi dinars
- There will be awards for the supervisors of the winning projects.
