Awareness Begins at College: Al-Mansour University College Seminar Discusses the Role of the Academic Environment in Curbing Illegal Immigration

Al-Mansour University College (MUC) organized a specialized scientific seminar titled "The University Environment and Its Impact on Curbing Illegal Immigration and Its Risks." The event discussed the role of educational institutions in enhancing societal awareness and addressing negative phenomena that threaten the stability and future of the youth.

The seminar was presented by Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghaffar Abdul Jabbar, who reviewed the social and economic dimensions of illegal immigration. He emphasized the vital importance of the university environment in building students' awareness and intellectually and cognitively fortifying them against the risks of succumbing to this phenomenon.

The session was attended by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Shaker Salman, and the Head of the English Language Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Rafid Al-Rubaye. Through this event, the College reaffirmed its commitment to highlighting current societal issues and enhancing the university's role in guiding students toward conscious and responsible choices that contribute to building a secure and stable future.
