Digital Media Students at Al-Mansour University College Step into the Real Media Field with a Visit to the Iraqi Media Network

As part of Al-Mansour University College's efforts to enhance its students' practical skills and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical reality, the Department of Digital Media organized a field visit to the Iraqi Media Network in Baghdad, with the participation of a group of the department's students. The visit aimed to provide them with field experience to help develop their professional and creative abilities.
The college delegation was warmly received by the network's staff. They were given a comprehensive introductory tour inside the television and radio broadcast studios, where they learned about the stages of preparing programs and news bulletins, and the media production process, from filming and editing to the final broadcast.
The network's management also held an interactive dialogue session with the students, addressing the most significant transformations in digital media in Iraq and the role of national media institutions in embracing young talents and qualifying them for the job market.
Participants in the session emphasized the importance of integrating technical skill with solid professional content to create contemporary media capable of keeping pace with rapid digital developments. They praised Al-Mansour University College's initiatives in enabling its students to engage in practical experiences that strengthen their presence in the national media landscape.
