"In order to promote the technical and practical side in various fields, especially in engineering of medical devices, the faculty of Mansour University has directed its efforts towards achieving concrete improvements in the hospital environment. In this context, the Applied Research students of the fourth phase of Civil Engineering students visited Al Shaheed Al-Sadr General Hospital, as part of their research project on the requirements of design and implementation of the modern operating room in hospitals, Only two students were selected for this project based on the importance of their mission, which includes gathering necessary information about different operating rooms in Hospital, comparing it to approved specifications according to sound scientific approach.The work aims to deepen students' understanding of the technical and applied challenges facing the healthcare sector, develop their skills in analyzing information and applying scientific standards in solving practical problems. This initiative comes as part of the college’s efforts to develop its educational programs and foster interaction between students and health institutions to improve healthcare quality and develop medical technologies.
