1- Linux Redhat RHEL 124
In this course the trainee can learn how to start his / her work as a system administrator by using Linux system. Course duration is 40 hours.
2- Oracle SQL fundamentals
In this course the trainee can learn how to start his / her work as a database programmer.
3- C# Programming language
4- In this course the trainee can learn how to develop a desktop application that is connected with backend (Server side).
July - 2015 till present SPtech Service Provider Private business
In this Division of company, I Manage a development team that works on different products that are used in local market, such as.
Online school. This product can be used as a communication channel between school management and student parents; this product composes of three main parts.
1- School interface (time table, exam time table, student marks, student behavior, student announcement and a lot of features), and this side has been programmed by using visual studio C# language.
2- Server side to store information in a host by using mysql system, php and linux.
3- Mobile application ( iOS and Android) for the parents.

I worked as Core network engineer at Itisaluna company; this department composed of different fields.
1- Call switching field.
2- Application and services field.
3- Short message field
4- International call field.
My responsibilities were managing teams to do their tasks and studying weekly reports to provide team support to solve traffic problems, yet my responsibilities also involved optimizing the system by integrating new systems or improve call quality specially for international calls, by making connections with new IGW carriers with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The most important task that I did at this position was the interconnection between two different venders ( Huawei Core network and StreamWide A&S system).
January 2009 till December 2009 Itisaluna Full time job
I worked as Network Sub System (NSS) Engineer, and my responsibilities were
1- Making connection with new offices such as new MSC or new operator.
2- Troubleshoot customer problems, such as call drop, network busy and balance usage.
3- Tracing system statistics by using M2000 system and create reports that are used for management issue during the weekly technical meeting.
4- I developed HLR access log system (Visual basic and Mysql) to check the commands that were executes in the system and the employee that used this command.
Jun 2009 till December 2009 AL-Awsat Company Part Time Job
I worked as a part time engineer at AL-Awsat company to install new International GateWay system for voice traffic; this system was used as a tandom Switch for all Iraqi telecommunication operators to transit the international calls to and from Iraq. My scope of work was a hardware installation supervisor and coordinator between Ericsson and telecom operators to work in the schedule and follow the plan that were put.
